1. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $69

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Orders under $69 incur a flat $14.99 standard shipping fee.

2. Order Processing Time

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship. Order turnaround time is 1 business day.

3. Estimated Shipping Time

  • United States: 3–5 business days

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • Marshall Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Palau

  • Puerto Rico

  • Rhode Island

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)

5. Multiple Items in One Order

If you have ordered multiple items, our aim is to deliver them to you simultaneously. However, depending on the availability and logistics, there might be instances where the items are delivered separately.

6. Changing or Cancelling an Order

Once a package has been shipped out, it can be challenging to change the delivery address. However, it is advisable to contact the shipping carrier or the company from which you made the purchase as soon as possible. They may be able to assist you in rerouting the package or provide alternative solutions.

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested prior to the shipment. For further assistance regarding order cancellations, please contact us at support@cleartidepump.com. We will be happy to assist you.
  • In the event that a customer provides an incorrect address resulting in the loss or irretrievably of a package, the customer is responsible for the loss. Cleartide will not be liable for replacing the order or issuing a refund in such cases. It is crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date address information to ensure successful delivery.

Sales tax may apply depending on your state and local regulations. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
