Refund policy
Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order. If the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the cancellation period stated on our website, the order can be canceled.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, customers may request a return after receiving the item, subject to the return conditions stated below.

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To help us process your return smoothly, please include the following information inside the return package:
- Your order number
- Your name and contact information
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer if the return is caused by the customer, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product. The specific shipping fee may vary depending on the shipping carrier used and, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
