FAQs

What is a condensate pump used for?

It removes condensation produced by air conditioners, ice makers, dehumidifiers, and HVAC systems.

Does it operate automatically?

The condensate pump automatically turns on and off based on the water level, requiring no manual intervention. It’s designed for reliable, continuous operation over long periods.

Can it pump water upward?

Yes. This condensate pump is designed to lift water vertically to a drain line, with a maximum lift (head height) of 23.7 ft.

Is it quiet enough for indoor use?

Yes. These pumps are designed for quiet, continuous indoor operation, producing only 25 dB of noise.

Does it include a safety shutoff?

Yes. This pump features an electrode water level sensor that automatically shuts off the pump when water reaches a critical level.Unlike traditional mechanical float switches, this design helps prevent sticking or malfunction, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

How often should it be cleaned?

We recommend checking and cleaning the reservoir every 3–6 months, depending on usage.
